Clontibret Club Notes

Reserve League Div.3
Clontibret 0-6, Cremartin 1-6. This team got their league campaign off the ground on Saturday last in Cremartin in heavy, difficult conditions. Despite a gutsy performance they lost out by a goal which was conceded early in the first half. There were a few new faces in the team who all acquitted themselves very well, as did many of the familiar faces. This was a good performance for the first match which we can hopefully improve on as the year progresses.

Senior League
The first senior league match of the year is this Sunday, away v Carrick at 3pm. Support welcome.

Juvenile Training
Following a managers’ meeting on Saturday last, all juveniles should contact their respective managers as regards training arrangements.

U16 Training
Under 16 training will commence on Sunday morning 9th March at 12.30pm sharp. Players are to assemble for 12.15pm.

All players eligible and who wish to be part of the under 16 football squad, please attend.

Tickets for Dublin Match
Anyone who wants tickets for Monaghan’s league match against Dublin in Parnell Park on Saturday, 15^th March should contact Colm Gormley (0862531933) or Frank Mc Manus (85336) by tomorrow, Friday, 7^th March.

Foundation Coaching Course
